1. The service

AfterSlash ("the Service") provides an AI-powered conversational assistant for automotive dealerships: it responds to customer inquiries, schedules appointments and produces lead records. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While the Service enforces guardrails (no invented inventory, no pricing or financing commitments), the subscribing dealership remains responsible for reviewing leads, honoring or correcting appointments, and all final communications with its customers. The Service discloses its AI nature to end customers.

3. Subscription & billing

Billing is monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Failed payments may result in suspension of the assistant.

4. Your data

Your inventory, conversations and lead records belong to you. We use them only to operate the Service for you. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no misrepresentation of vehicles or pricing to consumers, no attempts to circumvent the Service's safety rules or access other dealerships' data.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
